AutoCAD Engineer

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in retail fixture or trade show exhibit manufacturing.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have project management experience in trade show exhibit manufacturing, and the ability to transform rough product designs using Auto CAD into 3D working drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review production and design drawings for large scale unique exhibits.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of fabricated designs and deliverables sent to vendors and production.
- Provide drawings and technical support as needed and estimates for sales and marketing.
- Collaborate with Fabrication to deliver compelling solutions that meets and exceeds the client’s expectations while keeping a clear focus on the budget.
- Manage the ordering of raw materials as well as the outsourcing of any components that will be produced outside of TTG.
- Establish and maintain the quality of all drawings including detail, fabrication and set-up
Requirements:
- An Associates or Bachelors Degree
- One to three years project management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- MS office programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) or equivalent package
- Exceptional communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to create solutions for various project scenarios and work collectively with others
- Assess and handle purchasing of needed raw materials as well as outsourcing of customized components.
- Research new materials and identify those which would be applicable to a given project while understanding the balance between performance and budget.
- Produce and provide final assembly instructions for client use on show floor.
