Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean restrooms upon arrival and again after the close of the business day.
• Clean employee lunch break areas including coffee machines, vending machines, microwaves, tables, chairs, sink & counter tops.
• Tidy-up all copier, fax & printer areas, and pick up trash, boxes and papers.
• Pick up trash in office, and in parking lots and flower beds.
• Check supplies in restrooms and lunchrooms
• Spot clean hard surfaces of showroom displays and arrange furniture.
• Check all water coolers for cold & hot water, replace empty bottles with new.
• Spot clean all soiled carpet (after hours)
• Vacuum showroom, common hallways, customer waiting, reception & conference room. (after hours)
• Clean mini blinds, glass windows, tables and furniture in reception area. (weekly)
• Clean mini blinds & glass at main entrance, windows and floor mats. (weekly).
• Wax and buff floors in restrooms and lunchroom, clean air conditioner grills and check exit lights & emergency lights for burned out bulbs and batteries. (monthly)

Qualifications:
Must demonstrate ability to clean large areas quickly & efficiently.
Must pay attention to detail when completing tasks.

Must be very reliable and responsible.
