Hi Claire,
I wanted to write and tell you THANK YOU for all of your amazing work in helping us get just the perfect Trade Booth put together. I know that there was a lot of back and forth on several different items but we are all absolutely thrilled with the finished product. It is perfect.

We have to let you know how wonderful Robert was. He was in communication with me on Saturday when he arrived in Orlando and even through Sunday until we arrived (after delayed flight out of Dallas). Melissa and I both send our heartfelt appreciation to him because we clearly would have both had a nervous breakdown if we had to put the booth together by ourselves. When we finally arrived at the hotel about 4:00 on Sunday, our entire booth was set up and everything was absolutely perfect! We had a few minor things that needed to be addressed and he had a local person available to assist us. The entire team was absolutely outstanding!

Secondly, we wanted to let you know that our booth was an absolute HIT at the show! We had several people comment on how beautiful it was and even had some people take pictures of it to show to their marketing department for what they might like to do for THEIR booth!! It was really great to even have some of our competitors comment on how great it looked. Of course we were all beaming to be able to show it off and decided that we were “best in show”!

After meeting with us and learning more about our needs, Jenny made recommendations on our display that steered us away from the ‘cookie cutter’ display systems, to something that was perfect for us and better reflects our brand. My company recently ran a very large conference in Dallas for one of our clients. There were over 1,100 attendees, a vendor exhibition, a muscle car display, four different events featuring various talent, as well as several VIP customers in attendance. This was all executed in the space of two days. In other words, many moving parts and nothing could go wrong. Fortunately, we were able to hire Jenny Turney from the Trade Group in Austin to work with us on our planning and execution.

Jenny is a true professional and her advice a guidance were of immeasurable help throughout the process. As we discovered with Jenny, there is a huge benefit to having managed hundreds of different events over a period of years. With a complex event, it’s the little things that will combine to trip you up, and Jenny’s experience and advice were critical in helping us avoid numerous opportunities for failure. First of all, I want to say how blown away we were by the Fire Alarm Campaign you developed for us. It was incredible. We’ve worked with Dallas’ top Ad agencies: Moroch-Leo Burnett, McCann-Erickson and currently with The Richards Group, but your creativity and ideas went above and beyond them all.


(The exhibit) literally turned heads. People were staring the whole way up the escalators & the colors definitely caught the eyes of the right people.

The design has a very “finished” look & compliments the design scheme of the rest of our marketing initiatives, further helping us to create a recognizable brand in a very competitive industry.

We are very happy with our exhibit – its flexible and allows us to utilize it as a 10×10 up to a 20×20. Its highest impact of course, is as a 20×20. Normally we have a pianist and baby grand in the center playing light jazz, but this year we changed it up a bit and had an artist painting an original in the center of the booth – which we gave away to one of our top clients. When you’re in the booth – you think you’re in New Orleans. The wrought iron, the hanging ferns, the hardwood floors – it turned out better than we had hoped for.
