On behalf of our entire team, I'd like to thank the folks at The Trade Group for their guidance, steadfast determination and creative design with our booth. We were awarded the Brass Ring for Best Exhibit at the IAAPA Attractions Expo 2011 in Orlando. We couldn't have done it without them.

My company recently ran a very large conference in Dallas for one of our clients. There were over 1,100 attendees, a vendor exhibition, a muscle car display, four different events featuring various talent, as well as several VIP customers in attendance. This was all executed in the space of two days. In other words, many moving parts and nothing could go wrong. Fortunately, we were able to hire Jenny Turney from the Trade Group in Austin to work with us on our planning and execution.

Jenny is a true professional and her advice a guidance were of immeasurable help throughout the process. As we discovered with Jenny, there is a huge benefit to having managed hundreds of different events over a period of years. With a complex event, it's the little things that will combine to trip you up, and Jenny's experience and advice were critical in helping us avoid numerous opportunities for failure. We couldn't have pulled it off without her. I would hire Jenny again in a heartbeat.

I want you to know how much we enjoy working with you and how grateful we are to have you as part of our team. It is so reassuring to know that we can trust and count on you to be there to help us with our tradeshow needs. You have given us countless tips and advice that has saved us money, access to your talented designers and you have gone above and beyond the call of duty many times to assist us -even going so far as making deliveries to my house. You have taken really good care of us and we really are very blessed to be able to work with you. Thank you Jenny for all you do for us – we really do appreciate it!!

Despite this difficult schedule of back-to-back shows and multiple show-to-show shipments, your staff’s contributions allowed us to make it through this tradeshow gauntlet with ease. Along the way, we burdened your staff with multiple graphic iterations of booth mockups, last minute booth reconfigurations and countless pre/post show inspections. Please pass along our appreciation to your staff involved with these tasks.

I would also like to specifically recognize Gretchen Weakley. I have had the pleasure of working with Gretchen for over 4 years now. She has consistently provided excellent customer service and is always full of great ideas and suggestions. However, the assistance she provided over the last few months in preparation for September/October has been more invaluable than ever. Gretchen was on top of each show listed above and ensured that we met every pressing deadline. When you consider the number of variables she had to deal with (including many delayed or revised decisions on our part), it truly is nothing short of amazing. Thank you Gretchen!

Without Jenny's help and attention to every detail regarding the changeover to our new displays, it certainly wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did! We began the budget process for our booths last fall and called upon Jenny with never-ending questions. She understood the urgency of our requests and communicated back to us each time, usually sooner than we expected. She was always accessible either by phone or email, and would let us know anytime she would be unavailable, which was very infrequent. Now, as we are getting ready to head out to our first 20x20 show, there seem to be as many questions as before, if not more.

In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service has virtually disappeared, I didn't want Jenny's exceptional work to go unrecognized. She is an example of an exemplary employee in every sense of the word.

The show was great and the booth was even better! Thanks so much for all the help you and the rest of the Trade Group people gave.

Web seminar was very informative and helpful. Love the creative ideas and simplicity of the booths especially the use of Aluminum and silicone edged, printed fabrics. We are always looking for new sleek booth designs that are easily set up and portrays our company as being innovative and futuristic and always keeping our environment in mind.

I would like to thank you for your help, support and guidance in developing our exhibit booth. You and the TTG team did a great job. I am pleased to say that our booth stood out from the rest at our recent conference.

We are very happy with our exhibit - its flexible and allows us to utilize it as a 10x10 up to a 20x20. Its highest impact of course, is as a 20x20. Normally we have a pianist and baby grand in the center playing light jazz, but this year we changed it up a bit and had an artist painting an original in the center of the booth - which we gave away to one of our top clients. When you're in the booth - you think you're in New Orleans. The wrought iron, the hanging ferns, the hardwood floors - it turned out better than we had hoped for.

(The exhibit) literally turned heads. People were staring the whole way up the escalators & the colors definitely caught the eyes of the right people.

The design has a very "finished" look & compliments the design scheme of the rest of our marketing initiatives, further helping us to create a recognizable brand in a very competitive industry.

You can count on her to think of all the details and she follows up on items in a timely manner. She has been so helpful throughout the entire process of preparing for each of our shows. She is always upbeat and enthusiastic when you talk to her; you can tell she is passionate about what she does.

Outsourcing our trade show program and exhibit storage to Suzy Crownover at The Trade Group proved to be the best move financially and for time management. I cannot tell you the how many “saves" she has done for me and Optek.

Cutting our trade show program from a custom 30 x 40, to a 20 x 20 portable was seemingly impossible... until I found Suzy Crownover. We exhibited smaller but with confidence in front of a spectacular exhibit...

This was our first trade show ever, I had no Idea what to do or where to start. Suzy put me at ease and did everything for us from design to delivery. She even took me through the show service procedures, and to top it off my boss was amazed!

I wanted to write you a letter and let you know that Neeshu is a stellar employee! He is creative, organized, responsible and extremely client focused. My old account manager, Amber, left the company last year and I was reassigned to Neeshu. Since Neeshu has joined the NetQoS team all of our Trade Group coordination has been above and beyond anything I ever expected. Neeshu is not only hard-working, but he is willing to bend over backwards to make things happen! If I have a question, Neeshu not only has an answer, but a cost effective and efficient one!

I have worked in marketing for several years and have never experienced such a delightful and highly motivated employee. I am very lucky to have him as my account manager. I am leaving the country this weekend and Neeshu is handling four upcoming shows for me while I am away. I am fully confident that he will flawlessly take care of everything while I am out of the office. He is hands down amazing.

I had the pleasure of working very closely with Neeshu on the new touch screen monitor for the TDA booth at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. I am overjoyed with the final product and very appreciative of Neeshu and his team's hard work on this project! I was very concerned about this new touch screen monitor and Neeshu continued to tell me not to worry. I wish I would have never worried because I am VERY pleased with our touch screen monitor and consumers that visit the booth think the monitor is great!

I just wanted to take the few free minutes I have this morning to write a note of thanks and appreciation. Before USA started work with The Trade Group, getting prepared for a conference was a major ordeal that very quickly became hard to handle. Since having your team on board, conference preparation has been streamlined, effective and overall outstanding.

Thank you for being an excellent representative both for your team and mine. You are always helpful, prompt, honest, flexible, focused on resolutions and genuinely concerned with the success of United Space Alliance. Your knowledge and insight makes you an invaluable member to this process. You have helped calm worries and fears and have worked hard to give me and my team the products, presentation and results we strive for at every event. You have worked with me on extremely tight deadlines and circumstances where other exhibit groups have said "no" and provided an excellent solution for our time sensitive needs. During our last conference in San Diego, our booth was experiencing some technical difficulties and you were immediately working the issue with me. Not only did you offer help real time, but you provided feedback on what was being done to keep that problem from happening again.

A special thank you for knowing more about my company's presence at a conference than anybody else! The detail work of electricity, carpet, internet, furniture, etc. can be overwhelming. You have taken a process that I once dreaded and made it simple and direct. You are easy to communicate with and you have always been prompt and thorough when communicating with me. Most recently, you caught a mistake that was made by the IAC team who incorrectly measured the amount of carpet to be used at our booth. Instead of passing the problem to me to fix, you contacted the group directly and resolved the issue without hassle...at least for me. During that time I was evacuated from Hurricane Ike so the extra effort and time you took to do that is appreciated more than you know. Without your input and hard work my company could have very well faced a major issue at this event. With the detail work in your hands, I have complete confidence.

You are always professional, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Your team is a jewel and I know that the future holds much promise for you both. After meeting with us and learning more about our needs, Jenny made recommendations on our display that steered us away from the 'cookie cutter' display systems, to something that was perfect for us and better reflects our brand. The Trade Group responded with a design that earned us a 'Sizzle Award' from Exhibitor Magazine for an Integrated Program. The result was a 500% increase in leads generated over the previous year's efforts. Thank you for being a true partner in our success.

In 2001 at TCEA, we generated about 500 leads. In 2002 at TCEA and our new booth in tow, we generated 2100 leads and began getting sales immediately. The Trade Group's hand in that was significant. The increase of over 400% is tremendous, and I want to thank you for your assistance in helping us accomplish such a dramatic increase.

Our success at shows is also evidenced by an increase in leads of 75% and we are planning on expanding our booth space even further in the future. I regularly attend your seminars and always find the information very valuable...
