Komen NTX Race For The Cure
Elizabeth’s Garden is a display that promotes breast cancer awareness through the work and words of prominent local artists. Each unique piece is formatted for the Tulip panel while the artists’ bios are rendered on the leaves. The Trade Group worked closely with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure North Texas chapter to create this attractive exhibit that will travel to local businesses and retail locations throughout the year. Powder coated aluminum extrusions make up the lightweight frame that disassembles quickly for relocation while the custom leaf panels were designed and produced in TTG’s Graphics Fabrication Lab.
The Trade Group is proud to have partnered with Octanorm and Quality Powder Coating to provide this exhibit as a donation to Komen NTX Race For The Cure. We are all very proud to play a small role in the fight against breast cancer.
On behalf of our entire team, I'd like to thank the folks at The Trade Group for their guidance, steadfast determination and creative design with our booth. We were awarded the Brass Ring for Best Exhibit at the IAAPA Attractions Expo 2011 in Orlando. We couldn't have done it without them.

My company recently ran a very large conference in Dallas for one of our clients. There were over 1,100 attendees, a vendor exhibition, a muscle car display, four different events featuring various talent, as well as several VIP customers in attendance. This was all executed in the space of two days. In other words, many moving parts and nothing could go wrong. Fortunately, we were able to hire Jenny Turney from the Trade Group in Austin to work with us on our planning and execution.
Jenny is a true professional and her advice a guidance were of immeasurable help throughout the process. Gretchen was on top of each show listed above and ensured that we met every pressing deadline. Without Jenny's help and attention to every detail regarding the changeover to our new displays, it certainly wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did! We began the budget process for our booths last fall and called upon Jenny with never-ending questions. She understood the urgency of our requests and communicated back to us each time, usually sooner than we expected. She was always accessible either by phone or email, and would let us know anytime she would be unavailable, which was very infrequent. Now, as we are getting ready to head out to our first 20x20 show, there seem to be as many questions as before, if not more.
In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service has virtually disappeared, I didn't want Jenny's exceptional work to go unrecognized. She is an example of an exemplary employee in every sense of the word.

Web seminar was very informative and helpful. Love the creative ideas and simplicity of the booths especially the use of Aluminum and silicone edged, printed fabrics. We are very happy with our exhibit - its flexible and allows us to utilize it as a 10x10 up to a 20x20. Its highest impact of course, is as a 20x20. Normally we have a pianist and baby grand in the center playing light jazz, but this year we changed it up a bit and had an artist painting an original in the center of the booth - which we gave away to one of our top clients. When you're in the booth - you think you're in New Orleans. The wrought iron, the hanging ferns, the hardwood floors - it turned out better than we had hoped for.

I wanted to write you a letter and let you know that Neeshu is a stellar employee! He is creative, organized, responsible and extremely client focused. My old account manager, Amber, left the company last year and I was reassigned to Neeshu. I had the pleasure of working very closely with Neeshu on the new touch screen monitor for the TDA booth at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. I am overjoyed with the final product and very appreciative of Neeshu and his team's hard work on this project! I was very concerned about this new touch screen monitor and Neeshu continued to tell me not to worry. I wish I would have never worried because I am VERY pleased with our touch screen monitor and consumers that visit the booth think the monitor is great!

Before USA started work with The Trade Group, getting prepared for a conference was a major ordeal that very quickly became hard to handle. A special thank you for knowing more about my company's presence at a conference than anybody else! The detail work of electricity, carpet, internet, furniture, etc. can be overwhelming. You have taken a process that I once dreaded and made it simple and direct. You are easy to communicate with and you have always been prompt and thorough when communicating with me. Most recently, you caught a mistake that was made by the IAC team who incorrectly measured the amount of carpet to be used at our booth. Instead of passing the problem to me to fix, you contacted the group directly and resolved the issue without hassle...at least for me. During that time I was evacuated from Hurricane Ike so the extra effort and time you took to do that is appreciated more than you know. Without your input and hard work my company could have very well faced a major issue at this event. With the detail work in your hands, I have complete confidence.
You are always professional, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Your team is a jewel and I know that the future holds much promise for you both.
