Exhibit Assembly / Install & Dismantle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform installation and dismantle of tradeshow exhibits
• Read assembly instructions, and schematic drawings
• Evaluate assembled exhibit for damages and provide report and digital pictures of damages
• Package components using appropriate materials to minimize risk of damage during transport
• Label components to facilitate ease of assembly according to setup instructions
• Record components, graphics, and shipping containers using standardized forms
• Package and label pallets and containers for storage or shipment
• Maintain clean and safe working environment

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• High School diploma./GED
• Must have an appropriate set of hand tools including a rechargeable drill.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools and measurement devices
• Reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, self motivated, and very organized
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Effective time management and prioritization
• Clearly understand written and verbal communication
• Understand schematic drawings as applies to exhibit assembly
• Experience with Forklifts a plus
