Free Express Repair Program
The Trade Group is proud to announce a new FREE* REPAIR PROGRAM for banner stands and pop-ups at our Dallas location! Regardless of where your banner stand and/or pop-up was originally purchased, we will repair them while you wait—for FREE – as simple as 1-2-3!
TTG’s Free Express Repair Program maximizes convenience—meaning you will receive priority treatment, including a service experience that is second to none.
Step 1: Check In
Bring in your banner stand and/or pop-up to our corporate office in Carrollton, Texas.
A TTG representative will meet you to:
- Evaluate your bannerstand and/or pop-up
- Answer any questions you may have
Step 2: We Repair While You Wait
Our TTG representative will facilitate the repair process with you to ensure speed and quality.
While you wait:
- Tour our newly remodeled show room!
- If your item is repairable without ordering parts, TTG will repair it WHILE YOU WAIT (on average 30 minutes) – AT NO CHARGE.
- If parts are needed, a work order will be produced, and charges will apply, upon your approval.
Step 3: Go Home Happy
Your TTG Representative will let you know when your item is ready.
When you leave:
- You will leave with the reassurance that your item has been fixed and quality-control checked.
- Alternatively, you will have an estimate for the repairs and you will be notified when your items are ready to be picked up.
- Item must be brought to The Trade Group’s corporate headquarters in Carrollton, Texas.
- If no parts are needed, you must wait while the item is being repaired.
- If parts are needed, charges will be assessed, and the item will need to be left while repairs are made. Item must be picked up within five days of notification that it is ready for pick-up. After 5 days, storage fees will apply.
- Free repairs are limited to 2 banner stands and one pop-up per six-month period, per client.
- Items must be brought in between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
