We’ll research and gather information about your company, its needs and pain points, who your target audience is, and how they’re likely to engage with specific types of creative. We’ll also ask what you did and didn’t like from previous exhibits if applicable.
Following our initial meeting(s), we’ll start to formulate concepts. These concepts can be either 3D renderings or sketches, depending on project scope and requirements. From there, our fabrication team builds the structure while our graphics team finalizes your graphics. Everything is seamlessly connected, with strict quality control across the board.
We build the graphics into the structure so that your booth is taut, seamless, and has a premium look and feel. Where it suits your product, messaging, and brand story, we’ll integrate certain digital and interactive features such as LED video walls and kinetic video tiles.
Our design team is on-site and intimately familiar with our inventory and materials. What’s more, all the people who build your exhibit work closely together. We have design, metal, woodworking, and graphic printing in the same building, and 95% of our graphics are produced in-house, so nothing is force-fit. Your concept can be modular, fully custom, or a combination of both — whatever best communicates your message.
The designs you receive come from people who’ve received the highest industry accolades for their work. The Trade Group has been named on the Event Marketer Fab 50 list for nine years running, and our exhibits have won countless awards over the years. These awards reflect our heritage in creative trade show booth design and our ability to bring a company’s story to life.
When we partner with you, we leave our ego at the door. We’re not here to put our fingerprints all over your booth design — we’re putting your fingerprints on it. We listen to what you want, get to the bottom of what went wrong with a previous exhibit house, and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Our six designers have more than 130 years of combined experience and have worked across all manner of verticals, from cybersecurity to home improvement.
