One of our dedicated supervisors or technicians will lead the on-site crew and act as the single point of contact with labor crews from move-in through dismantle. This will ensure your exhibit is built correctly and show‑ready on time.
We’ll make sure you’re on the same page as the labor crew, understand the setup, and turn up with the right equipment with structured pre-show calls. This helps you stay within budget and avoid any nasty surprises or costly last-minute corrections.
We look after every logistical facet of your trade show exhibit, including flooring, electrical, internet, rigging, crates, hanging signs, and more. This prevents bottlenecks and allows you to focus solely on making a big impact on the show floor.
We hold ourselves to very high standards when it comes to communicating with both the customer and labor crews. Everything is clear and consistent, and we turn potentially stressful show‑floor moments into calm, straightforward conversations.
Our supervisors don’t just delegate without doing the actual work. They have decades of I&D experience and have done the hard yards to figure out what works and what doesn’t.
Our I&D team is led by Robert Lassiter, an award-winning traveling supervisor with over 25 years of experience in the trade show industry. His knowledge is invaluable in helping labor crews keep the ball rolling on the show site.
