We manufacture our own crates and can quote bespoke crates for your exhibit. You can also choose a lower-cost collapsible crate design for items that don’t fit in your exhibit crates, such as furniture and TVs.
Every crate we store comes with a serialized CS number and manifest sheet listing what’s inside. The bin location is on our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, allowing your account manager to locate it quickly and easily.
When your exhibit returns from a show, we check the contents against inventory records and manifest sheets, documenting any damage or additional items. We aim to complete inspections within 10 days and provide quotes for all repairs, which go to our wood or metal shops once you approve them.
While some exhibit houses spread storage across warehouses in different locations, we keep everything at our facility, which is a five-minute drive from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. If you’re based overseas and attend US trade shows, storing your assets here means not having to ship them overseas between shows or worry about repeated trips through customs.
We’re happy to take in your exhibit regardless of whether or not you purchased it from us. We’ll quote for storage, inspect it, build it in its entirety, and do a full inventory just as we would with any other exhibit in our facility. We’ll then add it to our ERP system so that we can track your inventory.
Our storage team is led by Trent Stransky, who has 20 years of experience in the trade show industry. Collectively, Trent’s team has over 40 years of experience, and it can work with exhibits ranging from 10x10 all the way up to 100x100.
