What is MRO Americas?

Part of Aviation Week’s MRO series, MRO Americas is the largest event series dedicated to the aviation maintenance industry.

An award-winning trade show, it addresses key issues of business and technological strategies in the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) market.

As stated on the MRO Americas website—the entire aviation aftermarket ecosystem is in one room.

2026 is a milestone for MRO Americas, as it marks the 30th anniversary of this event.

This milestone is a testament to the sales, networking, and business development opportunities it’s generated year after year.

Who attends MRO Americas?

MRO Americas attracts:

  • Over 17,000 aviation industry professionals
  • Over 1,000 solution and service providers
  • Over 2,000 airline and lessor buyers from over 93 countries with purchasing authority

Professionals from airlines, OEMs, service providers, and leasing companies will be in attendance.

And if you want to engage with C-suite leaders and decision-makers, this is the place to be. More than half of attendees (62%) are responsible for buying, approving, recommending, or specifying solutions as part of the purchasing cycle.

The pitfalls of NOT exhibiting at MRO Americas 2026

Jennifer Roberts:

“Missing MRO Americas 2026 creates significant competitive disadvantages as your competitors forge relationships with your potential customers during the industry's largest gathering. The absence means lost access to thousands of airline and lessor buyers who are actively seeking solutions.

“Non-participation results in diminished industry presence when attention will be at its peak. You'll miss critical intelligence on emerging market trends and competitor positioning that could inform your strategy.

“Additionally, you'll forfeit opportunities to connect with the next generation of industry professionals through specialized programs like Rising Stars and Wing Woman, which are building the future talent pipeline.

“These relationship gaps can have long-term implications for your business development efforts in the aviation maintenance sector.”
